Funding can be provided to certain businesses where they are acquiring fixed assets, but require funding for additional work to be carried out in the first place.

A typical example is office fit-out /electrical work etc prior to a new furniture installation. Often the cost of this will match the equipment being financed. Rather than utilise bank overdrafts, which may be secured, we can provide a separate funding line for this expenditure.
